Crisis CompanionTM and Dominate Your ChaosTM are registered or pending trademarks of Crisis Companion LLC. All rights reserved. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of all information submitted for personalized products (including but not limited to names, phone numbers, and photos). Crisis Companion LLC disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in submitted information and is not responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, product designs, and software—is the exclusive property of Crisis Companion LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Sensitive information submitted through third-party forms (e.g., Jotform) is stored on encrypted servers. Crisis Companion LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill your order.

Photos and other personal data submitted for product personalization are used exclusively for your order and are not retained or reused for any other purpose. You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting
support@crisiscompanion.com. We will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable law.

4. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products.

Replacements or refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged products (must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, including photographic evidence).
- Incorrect product shipped (must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery).

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Personalized Emergency Contact Cards
- Personalized Seatbelt Covers

To request a replacement, email orders@crisiscompanion.com with your order number and supporting documentation. Crisis Companion LLC reserves the right to deny any replacement or refund request that does not meet these requirements.

By submitting any form through Jotform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Crisis CompanionTM will use this information solely to create your personalized emergency card(s). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Once delivered, it is your responsibility to review and use the card appropriately. Crisis CompanionTM is not liable for any misuse, misplacement, or unauthorized access to the card after delivery.

All design elements, formatting, and product content (including layout, language, and visual organization) are proprietary and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Children’s Book Legal Notice (Upcoming Release)

The upcoming Crisis CompanionTM children’s book and all related content—including storyline, illustrations, character names, educational activities, and design—are the exclusive intellectual property of Crisis Companion LLC. All rights reserved. No part of the book or associated materials may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, without the prior written permission of Crisis Companion LLC.

Intended Use:

The children’s book is intended for educational and family use only. Commercial use, adaptation, or resale is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

Disclaimers:
